I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with years of experience helping people to make sense of and overcome their difficulties. I started my career in the NHS and founded my successful private practice over 10 years ago.
I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in helping adults heal from past experiences, get unstuck and become the best version of themselves.
We all struggle at times in our life, and sometimes we need a professional to help explore who we are, why we do what we do and why we can find it difficult to move forward. As a busy working Mum, I completely understand the struggle with trying to be everything to everyone, the pressure to be, and do everything perfectly while often not feeling good enough. I am passionate about supporting you to make progress rather than perfection, to overcome the feelings of stress and overwhelm and create a calm and balanced life.
When I am not in my clinic, you will find me working towards my own work / life balance by spending time with my family, enjoying the seaside, eating out with friends, or at a Pilates class. I am looking forward to getting to know you too.
