I’m a psychologist who supports working mums who are carrying too much.
In my work, I see how often the mental load falls quietly on mothers, and how overwhelming and isolating that can feel.
My approach is gentle, evidence-based, and grounded in real life.
There’s no pressure here, just understanding and support.
